The Homeowners Association of Magnolia Park is self governed and is very active. Monthly board meetings and quarterly owners meetings insure that the community is running smoothly and that all voice are being heard. Minutes of all meetings and financial reports are made available to all owners and are published on the community website for future reference.

From landscaping to painting to regular maintenance, the board oversees the daily operations of the community. In addition, as with any homeowners association, community covenants and bylaws are in place to insure the integrity and beauty of the community remain constant for the benefit of all homeowners. It is also incumbent on the board to make sure proper insurance policies are in place for the protection of everyone's property.
